None of them really strike me. You should make a sign that says thank you and have him hold it. If you get a nice day do it outside, if not do it somewhere he likes, like the car couch.
...Or for Kylie's first birthday I took a picture of her with each present (if it was clothes she was wearing it, or if it was toys I just had her playing with them) and I wrote a thank you on and back and mailed it to them as a postcard. A lot of people thought it was nice, they have a picture of her and they got to see her ejoying their gift!
Crap! I thought everyone was done looking and so I sent it out to be done at Sam's club! I have a half dozen people who I needed to send thank you cards to already! I guess I can take another pic of their outfit/gift and include it.
