Superbowl Countdown!

6 Days

Peyton Manning, after living a full life, died. When he got to heaven, God was showing him around. They came to a modest little house with a faded Colts flag in the window. "This house is yours for eternity, Peyton," said God. "This is very special; not everyone gets a house up here."Peyton felt special, indeed, and walked up to his house.
On his way up the porch, he noticed another house just around the corner. It was a 3-story mansion with a Blue & Orange sidewalk, a 50-foot tall flagpole with an enormous Bears logo flag, and in every window, a Bears towel. Peyton looked at God and said; "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but I have a question. I was an all-pro QB, former MVP, even went to the Hall of Fame.
God said "So what's your point Peyton?" "Well, why does Rex get a better house than me?" God chuckled, and said: "Peyton, that's not Rex's house, it's mine."GO BEARS!!!

Thank you Jody! This is awesome

Big Boy!

On Sunday we turned Logan's car seat around. He is past the twenty pounds and less than 2 months away from turning 1. We put a portable DVD player in so that I could drive two hours in some peace! To make it work, he had to face forward. The first picture is during baby einstein, the second is right after!

Meaghan's Shower

On Sunday, Logan and I went down to Indianapolis for Meaghan's baby shower. For those of us who got huge when we were pregnant...don't these pictures make you sick! She is 33 weeks and I have to give her a hard time because Reece (the baby) must be really tiny! She hopes so anyway!

Laundry Basket

Logan will play with anything! Why did we buy him Christmas gifts? He-He. He found my laundry basket and pulled it into the hallway to play with it.

Logie's First Time

Logan had his first experience in the snow after we had about 5 inches dropped on us! I think we spent more time putting on the snow suit than actually being outside. As soon as we walked outside he got a big smile on his face and started talking. I set him down in the snow, and well....the pictures tell it all from there!

Logan decided he wanted to crawl, which doesn't work so well in a lot of snow! What a mean mom I am!

As soon as I picked him up.....he was fine!

It's Been A While

It has been quite a while since I have posted pictures, so I thought I would show off my little casanova! Don't you love his little Valentine's Day shirt? He is such a little ham.

Two of the Three

I was finally able to get a picture of 2 of Logan's pearly whites. He also has one on the top, but it was hard enough to get a pic of these two! Thanks to Aunt Megan we finally got one, I don't think it is that good...but it will do!

FOOD!!!!

Tim and I started weight watchers two weeks ago and have been doing really well. One problem: school keeps bringing in all this bad food!!!! We have doughnuts and cookies and I have to stay out of the lounge. This is harder than I thought!

A Good One

Yesterday was a very sad day. We lost a good one. Brad went to be with the Lord yesterday morning. Please pray for his family and friends as everyone is having a tough time. There are one good thing I have been trying to hold onto. One: 4 days before going into the hospital, Brad asked the Lord to be his Savior.....So we know that Brad is rejoicing right now!

Please pray for the Hillis family as this is a very tough time. Thanks everyone!

Not the best Start

Well today is my first day at CPC and things are not going quite as smoothly as I would have hoped for. The staff and kids are wonderful, but most of my computers are not working!!! AHH!!! This is a huge problem with my class being a computer class. Hopefully by the end of the day, more than 3 computers work!

Final Day

Well, today was my last day at South Central Elementary. It has been a hard couple of days this week knowing I would be leaving. I have felt so at home here and become so close with the staff and kids. I'm not totally done though.....I have reports cards to finish for next Wednesday, so I will be back! On the good side, I will be starting at Crown Point Christian, get to see Austin, Olivia, and Graham more often, and be with Logan more! Gotta look on the bright side!

These are the rugrats from my class! We had a class party at the end of the day today.

Prayers

Hi Everyone! If you would keep our friend Brad and his family in your prayers, we would greatly appreciate it. Brad is back in the hospital under Hospice care. Brad is only 26 years old and was a groomsman in our wedding. He is an awesome person and we know his family is having a really hard time. Please remember them in your prayers.

Not Fun

Well, it has been much longer than anticipated for a new post. Logan and I spent Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday sick! I stayed home from school on Monday and Tuesday. It was wonderful being with Logie, but not the way I felt. We stayed in jammies all day and watched Baby Einstein!

Weekend

Well, I am outta here for the weekend. Time to spend some quality time with my boys and work on report cards! I hope everyone has a great relaxing weekend....see you on Monday morning.

Wilson Christmas

Here are some pics Uncle Billy gave us from Christmas. There were a lot of Logie!

Getting Behind

I am so bad at taking Logan's monthly picture in his newborn outfit. I have come this far and only have a few months to go that I want to keep it up. I just took his 9 month pics yesterday, even though he'll be turning 10 months in less than 2 weeks! I don't know how you do it Julie! This month he was a little more cooperative when I gave him a litte jar to play with.

Hair Cut

These pics are from Christmas Break. Logan had his first real haircut with Daddy. He has had his bangs trimmed before, but not all of his hairs. He was so good, even with the clippers on the back! He was ready to be done at the end of it.

Support

Here I am supporting my Sexy Rexy! This was one of my Christmas gifts. It took a while to get here, but it is in time for playoffs! Even if they don't play this weekend :) GO Bears!

Happy New Year

We hope everyone has a blessed new year!
Logan spent the night with Olivia and Grandpa and Grandma. Logan rang in the new year with a brand new tooth, bringing his total to a whopping 2!
Tim and Dad are spending New Year's Day trapping. They left around 10:00 this morning and still are not back. They have gotten 35 in all. Not to bad!
