Jump Central!

We had our first experience with Jump Central today. It was supposed to be rainy all morning, so I thought it would be nice to get Logan out of the house to play. We went early and he played hard!

It is really hard to get a good picture of a 2 year old who won't stop bouncing!

He worked on this climbing wall for a while....

He finally made it! When he realized what he could do after getting to the top, there was no stopping him!

The poor little guy was so hot and sweaty when we left, can you see his hair?!
When we got home, he took a 3 hour nap!
Daddy had Bible study in the evening, so we went to Burger King for our little date day!
He was very into the katchup.

Clean Spaghetti?

This is the first time ever, we made it through spaghetti....clean! I didn't realize that those two words went together!

Kenny and Keith

All I can say is awesome! Tim and I had a blast last night! We took the metra train from University Park and went up to Soldier Field to spend the whole evening. We were able to see Gary Allen, LeAnn Rimes, Keith Urban, and Kenny Chesney.

Soldier Field as we were walking from the train station.

LeAnn Rimes

The new CD is called Poets and Pirates.

Keith Urban took the stage next.

His wife, Nicole Kidman was even there! We sang Happy Birthday to her because Friday was her birthday.

She looks too cute being pregnant, and she looked very embaressed!

This lady hiked it up to the top to work the lights, I definitely would not want her job!

The best we could do taking this by ourselves!

Here he comes!

Not the best pic, but you get the idea, there were a ton of people there! Soldier Field was sold out.

Kenny!

Keith Urban came back out and he and Kenny did a duet to an old Eagles song.

The videos aren't the best, but they'll do!

Hard Week

This week looks like it is going to be tremendously long. I have to take 3 more credits to renew my teaching license and I am completely caught up for the next five years. I am taking a class that lasts one week, but goes from 8-5 everday. I took one last summer, and it wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible.

I was wrong! This was bad enough without being ready to pop! It is definitely going to be a long week.

Go White Sox!

Last night Tim and I went to the White Sox game with his sister Megan and her fiance Matt. We chose this game because Scott Podsednik (My favorite!) is now playing for the Colorado Rockies and they were in Chicago to play. We went early and tailgated, then went inside to try and see Scotty. We took my old jersey and his baseball card hoping for autographs. We wanted to put the jersey and card in a shadow box in Logan's White Sox bedroom.

Tim waited for over a half hour, and when batting practice was over he yelled to Scotty and showed him the jersey. Scotty actually answered him and said he would come right over as soon as he finished batting. Needless to say Tim could tell I was one very happy girl when Scott signed both of them. He even talked to Tim for a few minutes!
Thanks Keith for the awesome tickets!

Tim waiting patiently for Scotty

There he is!

Scotty was actually telling Tim that he would come right back to him here.

You can see Tim in the corner, Scotty was gracious enough to sign both the jersey and the card!

Big 'ol pregnant me at just about 34 weeks!

The night capped off with fireworks!

Logan's Album

On the last day one of Logie's babysitters sitters gave us a few things for Logan. A summer toy for him, a photo album of pics of him over the whole school year with a letter to him, as well as a framed collage for Tim and I. It was the most thoughtful thing. It definitely made me thankful for the individual care Logan is getting. Makes it a little easier leaving him for my days at school. Logan has been carrying around the photo album looking at himself ever since!
