Sorry!

Sorry it has been a while since my last post. I know it drives me nuts when people aren't posting. Things have been a little crazy around here. I'll try and fill you in the best I can.

I am getting ready to start school a week from Tuesday. It is my first time in 4th grade so I am frantically getting ready my room and plans for the first week of school. This is the easy part.

My sister Cindy went back to her docs on Monday/Tuesday and they found a new spot on her brain. At this point they are unsure if it is a new tumor, or scar tissue growing. We would prefer the scar tissue. She is going to have to have full on brain surgery to find out, not the laser kind like she has been able to do since hte first initial surgery. Her, Keith, and the trips left for Branson yesterday to do one last vacation before school starts up again. Cindy ended up having another seizure this morning at the hotel. My mom almost flew down to help with the trips, but she came out of it before going to the hospital. Keith called Cleveland (her docs) and they said she needs to go back on the full amount of seizure medicine. They can stay down there, but I don't know how long they will last. Please pray for several things: 1. Cindy, she obviously is going through more than anyone can imagine and trying to fight for her life. 2. Keith (my brother) he has been through more in his lifetime than any one person should ever have to deal with. The thought of losing his wife of 17 years is more than he can handle, not to mention they have 3- 9 year old children. 3. Austin, Olivia, and Graham: they are out of the loop. They know a little of what is going on, but not anywhere near to the full extent. They are 9 years old, and I am 25 years old and having a hard time understanding this, and it is my sister not my mother. 4. For the family. We are on the outskirts, with nothing we can do other than pray. This is so hard because all I want to do is reach out and make everything better. Maybe this is the childish side coming out in me, but I can't help it. Cindy is 44 years old and has 3 kids she needs to watch grow up and my brother to take care of into his old age.

I guess I am using this as my venting post. If you could please keep all of this in your prayers, we would greatly appreciate it. Prayer has gotten our family this far and at this point, God is what we are clinging to.

Lisa, I will be praying for all of you and all the requests!!!! Please, please, please let me know if there is anything I can do for any of you! Cindy has been such an inspiration to me! Please let her and Keith know that we are praying and available if there is anything we can do.
